Reading the book «Ächti Schwiizer Chuchi» «(Real Swiss Cuisine)» made me wonder: who in Switzerland actually eats this way? How well does it reflect our food culture—and how is it shaped by immigration? I picked up my camera to meet passionate cooks with a migration back- ground. The project explores how identity and belonging intersect with food in transcultural Switzerland.
