Reading the book «Ächti Schwiizer Chuchi» «(Real Swiss Cuisine)» made me wonder: who in Switzerland actually eats this way? How well does it reflect our food culture—and how is it shaped by immigration? I picked up my camera to meet passionate cooks with migration backgrounds and see what they make. The project explores how food, identity, and belonging intersect in transcultural Switzerland.
